Play Roulette and Win

To play roulette to maximize your profits you need to play the wheel with the best odds and place the best bets and this we will cover in part 1. To play roulette to win you need to play the wheel with the best odds and place the best bets and this we will cover in part 2.

The layout of the wheel is divided into 37 sections (0 to 36). These sections are:

  • Inside bets
  • Outside bets
  • Inside columns
  • Outside columns
  • Track
  • Zero

With the exception of the 0 and the double zero (00) you can place bets on any of the sections. Zero is the part of the wheel marked with the ‘0’ which is the part of the wheel not the table. The American wheel has three sections (0, 2 and 3) with the numbers Counters will be found on the wheel. Any where between zero and 12 is a good bet because the house advantage is low. For example 12 is popular as it is the ‘house number’ and most casino wheels have a section marked with this number. When you see an American wheel for the first time you will see a box in the middle of the table numbered ’00’. This is the house number and what stimulates the players to place their bets here.

Outside bets are bets outside of the layout. The numbers mentioned earlier are outside the layout and can be betted upon.

Inside bets – Egp88

The inside part of the wheel is numbered:

  • Split to nearest zero – 26 squares numbered 1 to 36 (in 3 sections)
  • Within a section – 26 squares numbered 1 to 36 (in 3 sections)
  • Outside bets – Blackjack
  • The outside part of the wheel is numbered:
  • Split to nearest zero – 12 squares numbered 1 to 24 (in 2 sections)
  • Within a section – 12 squares numbered 1 to 24 (in 2 sections)

Any 24 is a good bet in Blackjack as the house advantage is a lot lower than when betting on the inside bets.

When you are betting on an inside bet you are taking a gamble on an even odds outcome cause the house advantage when betting on the inside is a lot lower than betting on the outside.

The inside part of the wheel is where you place you bet. When you bet on an inside bet your stake is less than the outside bet. The inside part of the wheel is marked with + and – to indicate the high and low numbers respectively.

When you place a bet on an outside section your stake is higher than the outside bet. The outside section of the wheel is marked with + and – to indicate the high and low numbers respectively.

  • indicates a column of numbers;
  • indicates a line of numbers;
  • indicates distance from the wheel centre – clockswise and -LY;
  • indicates league of numbers;
  • indicates number ofcells in the wheel – 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36.

The outside part of the wheel is numbered:

0, 00, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36.

This is equivalent to the ‘0-36’ section in American wheel.

The inside bet can be placed in 2 ways:

  1. inside your numbered box,
  2. outside on the numbered box edge, in English this is the second bet.

You can bet on other sections of the wheel, for example the inside and outside boxes; or the odd numbers only, the even numbers only, the high and low numbers, the dozen and column numbers and the column and dozen bets.

There are a range of bet other than the single number bet, other than the dozens and columns.
